Interior
Interior framing, electrical, and plumbing underway.

Having lived in houses with cellars all our lives, it is different to have all the plumbing, wiring, and air-conditioning ducts to be led through the 'attic'. I quote 'attic', because after all these items are placed up there, there is very little room left for storage of any kind. This fact, and lack of basements, is why storage units are big business in Florida.
PEX water lines leading to the washer hook-up.
Dry-wall being installed.
The kitchen starts to take shape.
We love lazy-susan storage.
Out free-standing tub. The windows in the master bath are probably a bit overdone; do you really want to take a bath with two big windows, even if you are in the 'country'.
Pedestal sink for the half bath.
Our master bath shower. Truly one of our luxury items.
Master bath vanity sink.
'Hers' vanity in the master bath.
Book case in the study. Although this has worked out to be a great place for all our knick-knacks or memorabilia, the study ended up a little small. We have adapted it to a breakfast nook.
Our wide-plank walnut floors.
Interior painting. Can't have too many fans in a Florida home.
