High-efficency air conditioner/heat pump.

Our house is very energy efficent.  It features the high-efficency unit, a metal roof with spray-in insulation, excellent 'blower-door' test result (measures air tightness), abundant ceiling fans, and an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV).  Highly recommend an ERV for anyone building a FL house or replacing an air conditioner.  This unit exchanges heat (cool usually) between the outgoing air and the incoming venilation air.
